Research topic

The genesis, growth, and rupture of cerebral aneurysms are related to blood flow. Identification of a malignant flow would create an innovation of aneurysmal diagnostics and treatment. In modern medicine, the rupture risk of cerebral aneurysms can only be evaluated based on a statistical analysis of the morphology of ruptured aneurysms. Our research aims to elucidate the cause-effect relationship of aneurysmal genesis, growth, and rupture by engineering pathology.
